Why we love this Wine
A stunning, forward-thinking Burgundy, of just the right weight and acid. Stunning with or without food, this is earthy, mushroom depth meeting jubey, delicious red fruits. Supple, silken and pure, Agnès Paquet continues to make her mark, taking advantage of hallowed terroir in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune to turn out another memorable, piquant expression of Pinot Noir. Partly raised in steel, a small percentage in oak. Could absolutely murder this with a cheeseboard.
