Purest Chardonnay from the limestone-rich Hautes Côtes, alive and energetic and impossibly fresh. With a striking acid sting in the tail and crisp minerality, this Bourgogne Blanc by forward thinker Agnès Paquet shows plenty of charm. There's a nice ripe, juiciness that balances all the sharp edges on this wine, classy, classy. Manual harvest, indigenous yeasts, min SO2, barrel ferment. All terroir, all charm.
