Why we love this Wine
Incredible value 1er Cru Chablis (yes it still exists), complex and thought provoking in its lightness and ethereal nature. Detail within the details, something you need to concentrate on. A distant cousin of Vincent Dauvissat, these wines are seeing Didier forge his own name for pure Chablis expression.
