Why we love this interesting drink

Aperitif. Something the Italians do with style. This one has a particularly Sicilian stamp, coming from the volcanic terroir and slopes of Mt Etna. White wine as the base then a signature infusion of sweet mandarin and bitter orange. The result is a refreshing drink, ready to pour over ice, singing with almonds, herbs, florals and honey. Lovely bitterness that lets you absorb it all.
