Why we love this Wine
Quality fruit from Mornington Peninsula goes into this Rosé, half Tempranillo from Hickinbotham Vineyards, and half Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot from Karina. Made by James and Jessica Audas who left the restaurant scene in Sydney for an off-grid permaculture farm in West Gippsland Victoria. Racy and fun, fresh and luscious. Just great.
