Once a valley impacted by the 1850s Gold Rush, now a vineyard with a touch of classic French flare and a sprinkle of science. Stuart Smith and Rhonda Parish decided to leave the city life behind them in Melbourne and purchase a vineyard in Beechworth, country Victoria. Recovering the beautiful spot in the valley that they now call home, producing petite drops of wine, lush with opulence and brimming with hedonism.
