Somewhere along the line, a love of fly fishing led to an exploration of viticulture for the Winther family. They found a common ground in which they could connect their love of nature to the ever-evolving conditions of the vineyards spread across Victoria. Now they have shared the fruits of their 5 acres, their specially chosen grapes of surrounding vineyards, and their passion for sustainable farming with their latest drop.
