Gary handed the reins to son Nick, who's every bit the perfectionist. He works a small patch under vine on a sprawling estate shared with grazing cattle and horses, coaxing single-site character from limestone and black volcanic soil. Slow ripening, long hang time, low yields, and vineyards patiently brought back to life. The results speak plenty loud on their own. Small volumes. Serious intent. A family doing cool-climate better than almost anyone.
