This is a style of Chardonnay that lets fruit characters shine through brightly, with white peaches and apricots on the palate alongside schisty minerality. Full concentration and a rigid spine. Whole bunches were pressed to tank for settling over night before racking off heavy solids to barrels; 11 months in French and Austrian oak, 20% of it new. Full malolactic fermentation, and full of heart. Only 1501 bottles made (sorry if you like round numbers).\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Gentle Folk","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44776575729723,"sku":"GB-GF-PD-CH-25","price":85.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0292\/2846\/6235\/files\/26-10-30-BottleShotsV2-11.png?v=1793340682","url":"https:\/\/sometimesalways.com.au\/products\/gentle-folk-basket-range-single-vineyard-chardonnay-2025","provider":"Sometimes Always","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
