Why we love this Wine
Traditionally made Swan Valley Sparkling for every palate. Clean and fresh thanks to its Chardonnay exclusive, Blanc de Blanc style, 14 months on lees prior to disgorgement gives it that oomph and depth of flavour. Chalari is Greek for relaxed, so expect a chorus of lovely lazy bubbles alive in citrus and a dash of cream.
