Inzolia (or Ansonica) is one of Western Sicily's signature grapes, once primarily used in the fortified wines of Marsala, but as a crisp, dry white there's a whole lot to love. A relative of Grillo, with its own thing going on. The grapes are unusually high in tannin for a white, but can lose acidity late in the season.
