We love this wine because…

A unique, experimental wine. Hear us out. Two ceramic eggs were filled with Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills Semillon, one with juice after five days skin contact, the second filled with skins and closed off for 210 days. Brought together one month before bottling, with three months bottle age before release. The result? Concentrated funk, texture and notes of flowers, orange and peach.
