We love this wine because…

Pete Fraser at Yangarra is consistently turning out some of the most interesting, regionally-true and delicious wines out of McLaren Vale and this textural Roussanne is one of our favourites in his quiver. Fermented in two 675L ceramic eggs – one with 193 days skin contact, the other without – it’s a stunning, textural ride with stone and citrus fruits, lemon butter and notes of clotted cream, wildflowers and soft spice. Hot damn, it’s delicious drinking.
