Why we love this interesting drink
Wildflower make ridiculously good drinks with reverence for fermentation that’s out of this world. This beer is a marriage of two citrus-driven NSW staples - Wildflower’s Gold Ale and Tyrrell's Semillon. 500kg of fruit with beer and grapes macerated and fermented together for about six months. Banana, tropical fruits and pineapple, savoury and structural, lemon and tannin. How good? Heaps.
