The Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the trademark Margaret River Blend, and boy does Voyager do it justice. This is a smart example of a tried-and-true regional style, with sensitive use of barrel fermentation adding extra layers to the hay-bale, stone-fruit, herbal aromas. It’s flavoursome without sacrificing delicacy or drinkability. The finish is clean, dry and lingering.
