Stevens Valley is arguably Margaret River's finest chardonnay zone, lined with red/brown gravel and stony clay. Throw in the cool breeze off the Indian Ocean, and this microclimate sings beautifully. A wine with restrained flavour profile, so textural, finessed and fresh. Whole-bunch pressed and one-third top-quality new French oak. Exotic.
