We love micro projects from people in the wine industry. Here’s a cracker from American Jonathan Purcell working on his passion in France. Just 100% whole-bunch Gamay, semi-carbonic and aged in old barrels. A lot of manual work with a tub and a wood press. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Pretty and romantic.
