Why we love this Wine
We challenge you to find a sexier, more evocative name than “The Dreamers Vineyard”. Mathieu Deiss, offspring of Alsace legend Marcel Deiss, spends most of his time in the cellar & vines of his father’s famous winery, but this is his little fledgling labor of love. A biodynamically-farmed, 7ha estate left to him by his grandfather. Here we have a blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris - rich and textural with aromas of apricot, white flowers and stone. A star of the future and captivating drinking.
