Why we love this Wine
Valentin Létoquart is one of the southern Rhones most exciting young producers, making energetic biodynamic wines with the help of his neighbour’s horse. This is a wine for the Autumn heat. 75% Grenache from a plot of 36 year old vines and 25% Carignan. Picked early in the season and kept on skins for only 5 days means that it’s pure, bright and fresh. Cranberry, fruit punch, glou glou (gluggable) drop. Serve chilled and treat it like a deep rosé.
