Valentin Létoquart is one of the Southern Rhône's most exciting young producers, making energetic biodynamic wines with the help of his neighbour’s horse. This bright and juicy drop is a super soft blend of Cabernet Franc (50%), Grenache (30%), Syrah (20%) packed with layers of berries, dark fruit, plum and a hint of cinnamon. Chill it down or drink straight away, this guy is a pizza’s best friend.
