Why we love this Wine
This Rosé is kinda a snapshot of all that’s good about Unico Zelo, taking an experimental route to get here. What we have is a mix of their 3 key regions, Clare Valley, Riverland and Adelaide Hills. Worth the wait? Of course. Polish Hill River Sangiovese, Old Vine Grenache from the Riverland, with a bit of skin-contact Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris. Fresh, vibrant and dry. A classic already.
