Thoughtful stuff from Travis Tausend and his take on squeezing interesting flavour from botrytis-affected berries. Picked over the course of a month with two early picks from the top of the hill, and two later picks from the lower vines. Delicate and viscous. Herbal and ginger and honeyed. Don’t dig Sav B? Oh, yeah you do.
