Why we love this Wine
Domenic Torzi - champion bloke, maker of a mean CFC (Calabrian Fried Chicken) and a dab hand at crafting beautiful, composed wines from his little slice of the Barossa. With Shiraz fruit from his home vineyard in Angaston; hand-harvested and a bit of whole-bunch (30%), the Franceca Grillo Syrah is a gorgeous little wine - fresh and purely fruit and very easy to like.
