Here it hails from the chalky vineyards of the Moriles Alto sub-region, unfortified, it displays all the briney, crushed oyster shelly goodness of it’s cousins from Jerez, fleshed out with a citrussy blast and hints of grilled nuts. Crisp, sizzling line and a lip-smacking sapid finish. Hello oysters!
