Why we love this Wine
Thomas Pico is one of the younger generation of winemakers making noise in the famous French wine region of Chablis. His wines from Chablis are superb and we highly recommend you try them out but, here he concentrates on a Chardonnay from the Limoux AOC down south in the Languedoc. Pure and focussed with gorgeous ripe citrus and stone-fruits we dig this wine for its vivacious demeanor and composed, savoury beauty.
