Why we love this Wine
Skinsy Chenin straight outta South Africa. Yep, it’s as bold as it sounds folks - and thrillingly tense. Early 70’s vines farmed organically since 2001 fuel wine partially fermented in old French, partially in stainless steel for that balance of freshness and complexity. So much going on despite it’s pointed lightness. Might be Craig’s greatest accomplishment.
