Why we love this Wine
Craig’s electric wines make him a man after our own hearts. Here’s a brave skinsy Chenin from early 80’s vines and a region that struggle to classify this progressive winemaker. Twelve days on skins sets up a super pretty floral, herby and spicy nose, fresh in citrus and ginger. Carries onto the palate with very clearly defined fruit, and that refreshing sea salty minerality we know and love. Just so drinkable.
