Why we love this Wine
We didn’t know how much we needed this ’til we saw the label. 100% Aligoté Pét Nat? Well, of course. A wine that shows the diversity of this grape variety but also its purity. Fermented using wild yeast and no additions. Mix of stainless steel and barrels. So very clean, it’s a fresh example of this style of natural sparkling wine. Well worth a look.
