Here we have single-vineyard non-irrigated 70-year-old bush vines, with Sven Joschke at the helm. With a keen eye on Peter Schell’s Spinifex vibe nearby, Sven has put his own stamp on this Barossa fruit. Handpicked, wild yeast, whole bunch, old oak, unfined and unfiltered. Cherry, raspberry and a pretty lash of spice. Keep it coming.
