A light and bright red from a must-watch winemaker, Sven Joschke has been closely monitoring the masters, taking notes from the likes of Peter Schell at Spinifex, while exploring making wine in Jura. Oooff. Garnet colour, perfumed with rosehip, cherry, spice and earth. Attention-grabbing tartness, and layers of interest.
