A classy and well-thought-out rosé, some local Barossa lads from the Valley Hotel sourced this fruit from three sites. Sven Joschke got barrel fermenting in neutral French oak, with two different wild ferments. It all came together for a fruit forward and balanced wine, dancing between crisp and textural, with hints of peach.
