Why we love this Wine
Alive and beautiful Gamay from Tasmania and a vineyard planted by Linda Morice and the late Vaughn Dell. French inspired with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, old barrels to rest. Intensely perfumed, it feels designed to drink young with chalky tannins and lively acid. Just so good.
