Why we love this Wine
If people love it or hate it, that’s what makes it so interesting, right? Polarising and unique. Genre-bending and conversation starting. We’re firmly set up in the ‘love’ camp. Sébastien Riffault delivers a wild ride of spice and saltiness, dried blood orange and tonic water. Semi-carbonic botrytis-affected fruit for an orange wine kinda feel. More spice and mineral detail than the other cuvées if that’s even possible.
