Scintilla Wines are certified biodynamic natural winemaking heroes of the Adelaide Hills, who are now known for expanding, pushing and straight up obliterating the boundaries of winemaking. The Joys Wild Fruits is no exception to their reputation either, with Verdehlo pressed through skins from 21 red varieties making this drop wildly aromatic. Think hints of pink grapefruit, rhubarb, pink lolly and a gentle ginger like spice on the finish. Weird and wonderful!
