From 40% chardonnay, 30% pinot grigio and 40% sauvignon, it almost sounds like a blend you’ve had before. Not this one. This is wine of another world. Full-on acid, fistfuls of tannin, savoury but alive. It’s made slowly on skins, 42 months in barrel, and untouched 18 months in bottle. It took its time. You should too.
