Why we love this Wine
Grüner me this, Grüner me that, this is one we love to ponder and puzzle. Grows on a teeny 0.8 hectares of Schist, aka pure metamorphic rock, indeed as hectic as it sounds. Aged in stainless steel to preserve that undeniable minerality, this roars of the volcanic peaks of its Hungarian terrain while still retaining a certain delicacy, and happily escorting its refreshing acidity all the way home.
