Why we love this Wine
A blend of two parcels of Chardonnay, 50% from Eden Valley and 50% from Limestone Coast, making a coy nod to the 'white from white' namesake from modern Barossa newcomers, Palmetto. Made in a Brut style, picked early to retain natural acidity, with partial barrel ageing for six months on lees and tank ageing to lock in freshness.
