Why we love this Wine
We’re pretty sure Taras Ochota isn’t referring to the Biblical term by the name here, but the Adelaide punk rock band whose formation predates the 1985 planting of this wine’s vineyard by one year. Like the band, this wine is electrifying and loud – boasting the light-yet-meaty quality of a Pinot with a balance of red fruits, dried herbs and a strong flinty presence.
