A meeting of Bens; namely Ben Mullen and Ben Hine, has resulted in an exciting, fledgling wine label that is turning a few heads. Here’s their take on Sauvignon Blanc. A blend of grapes from Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula and Moorabool Valley, 100% barrel fermented on full solids in neutral French oak. Passionfruit and citrus at its core with hints of lemongrass and struck flint. Textural, concentrated and detailed with lovely flow and line.
