Why we love this Wine
Jordan Hein plys his vinous trade down in Mclaren Vale; sourcing grapes from the Vale, Mount Gambier & in this case, Kuitpo in the Adelaide Hills. Jordan mixs it up here with three parcels of fruit all treated differently; some crushed & destemmed, some whole-bunch the remainder carbonic maceration. Woowee we dig it - it’s crunchville central, wild-edged, lo-fi drinking with a nouveau-style vibe all plummy, mulberry, spicy and delicious.
