Monastero Suore Cistercensi

Ruscum Trebbiano / Malvasia / Verdicchio 2019

Why We Love This Wine

Made by nuns. Seriously. Real wine with a real story. Under the tutelage of the prolific Paolo Bea, the nuns who make this wine live in a monastery about an hour north of Rome. They always seem to be able to channel some higher power for ethereal drinking. Graceful and divine, plenty of skin contact, orange but balanced, honey and salinity. Heavenly stuff.
