Why we love this Wine
Emilia-Romagna is a lovely Italian wine region, rolling hills, a little under the radar, great food and friendly folks abound. Mirco Mariotti’s vineyards lie over in the eastern edge away from the majority of the vinous action. It’s a Malvasia, Trebbiano Pét-Nat….energetic, gloriously lo-fi drinking with a bright, sapid twang that get’s us dreaming of slurping down a glass of this with a regional speciality of piadina from Il PiadinoSauro in Imola….one of our favourite roadside eateries in Emilia-Romagna.
