Why we love this Wine
Rather than winemaking, Tim Sproal studied Geology at uni, learning winemaking on the job and finding his love for wine via a love of food. Luring you in with white florals, Faraday is made aromatic and savoury with a little extra time on skins, dotted with citrus, spice and Granny Smith for a gorgeous food friend - whether crackers or ceviche.
