Why we love this Wine
He’s good. Tom Lubbe’s Matassa range has amassed a legion of cult fans and you can see why. A blend of Grenache and Macabeu from old vines, fermented as whole clusters in concrete, it’s so fresh. Walking a tightrope between Rosé and light red. Perfumed and lifted, light tannins and wild acid drive. Irresistible.
