Why we love this Wine
Fabien Jouves from Mas del Perie is a bit of a rockstar, producing a bunch of slurpable, biodynamically-farmed wines from the hills around Cahors in south-west France. He Fabien delivers an awesome slinky skin contact wine that is a blend of Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc and Muscat with characters of orange, quince, white flowers, tea-leaves and souk-like spice. It’s a textural ride with a minerally/saline sweep of energy and drinkability and interest writ large.
