Why we love this Wine
A cracking blend of Riesling & Pinot Gris from one of the superstars of France’s Alsace wine region. The estate is currently run by Marcel’s son, Jean-Michel Deiss who oversees 27 hectares of biodynamically-grown vines in some of Alsace’s most famed terroirs. Packed full of pear, stone-fruit, citrus and honeyed tones with a lithe, mineral-driven acidity and a capricious, shape-shifting presence on the palate. Lovely drinking.
