Forbes since 2012 provides the raw materials for this masterful edition of Mac’s ‘Village’ range of Chardonnay wines from the Yarra Valley. It’s tight, linear and sapid with bright, pure lemon and white peach notes with hints of soft spice, marzipan and a distinct minerality to the acid profile that pulses and thrusts the wine forward. It’s a ripper.
