Why we love this Wine

Another wine from one of the lauded little plots of land that Alice Bouvot has access to in the Jura. Carefully grown and handled grapes, indigenous yeast fermentation, and no fining, filtering, or sulphur additions. Two types of Muscat grapes, vinified separately (with approximately 15 days on skins), textural and aromatic, and absolutely wild drinking. Happiness.
