This comes from a group of French winemakers called Vini Be Good who work together to distribute around France, so they know great fruit when they see it. Fruit-driven apples and pears with beautiful acidity, while the citrus notes scream out for holiday seafood or spicy summer dishes. Always worth having on hand.
