We love this wine because…
Pinot Noir, but with an Italian influence. La Prova’s Pinot Nero (as it’s known in Italy) is a great value Adelaide Hills Pinot from the Golding Vineyard in Lenswood. Wild fermentation, 100% whole berry fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. A bit of a rustic departure from the traditions of Burgundy, but that’s the point, after all.
